Property Management
Refer a client who utilizes our property management and tenant placement services, and we’ll happily pay you $250 for each referral or 25% of the first month’s rent, whichever is greater. Even if your client already has a tenant and just needs property management, we’ll gladly pay $100 for each referral.

Tenant Placement
Refer a client who uses our Tenant Placement Services, and we’ll gladly pay $150 or 10% of the first month’s rent, whichever is greater.

Sales
If you refer a client who buys or lists a home through our sales division, we’ll happily pay a commission once their purchase or sale closes. The specific percentage will be determined directly between our agent and you, the referring agent, at the time of the referral. Typically around 25% of the side referred.
