How did you refresh this large, outdated three-bedroom, one-bath apartment without a full renovation?

Behind the scenes, we tackled major plumbing issues by fully repiping the apartment, ensuring everything was up to code and leak-free. Did the homeowner have to be on-site and make all the design decisions?

After estimating the project, we created an inspiration board with carefully selected colors, materials, and finishes to fit the space and the owner’s preferences. Once they approved the plan, we got to work. The remodel took about three weeks, and the homeowner didn’t have to lift a finger.
